HVACR Service Technology
Get the training you need to be a service technician in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration service industry. Learn to test, troubleshoot, repair, install and sell a wide range of mechanical and electrical appliances. Be ready to work in HVACR.

Professional licensure
Section titled “Professional licensure”Completers of this program will need three or more years of field experience to be eligible for Michigan State licensure. Each state has different licensure requirements. Please contact the program coordinator for further information. The students will be eligible to gain a federal certification to handle refrigerants in the field, which is recognized by all states.
