Our student athletes have access to first-rate practice and performance facilities. Because life is more than a game, we push our athletes to be the very best they can be in the game, in the classroom and in our community.

At Delta, our student athletes become community leaders and get personal attention to succeed in the classroom, and beyond. Our coaches, faculty and staff work with each and every student athlete to make sure they have the tools they need to succeed.

Since 1961, Delta College has a tradition of building and maintaining cutting-edge facilities. You’ll find the best equipment and spaces in which to train and compete.

West campus athletic facilities

In 2021, a $2.4 million west campus project added a new baseball filed, upgraded the soccer pitch and softball fields, constructed a 3,200 sq. ft. building for training equipment, restrooms and concessions and added an adjacent spectator parking.

Fitness center

Athletes enjoy unlimited access to Delta’s fitness center which was renovated in 2022. Facilities include three pools, auxiliary gym, weight room, cardio room, functional fitness room, racquetball courts, a fitness-on-demand studio and more.

Pioneer Gymnasium

With a seating capacity of over 2,000, the Pioneer Gym is home to Delta’s basketball and volleyball teams. In addition, many community events are held here throughout the year, including our annual Commencement ceremony and job fairs.
