Delta’s general management associate degrees are designed to provide a basic foundation in the major functional areas of business management.

Management positions are available in most all fields and organizations. Business and industry are constantly searching for capable people to assume managerial responsibilities. The manager works with people, machinery, materials, money and methods. A manager’s biggest responsibility is working with people. They create environments that enable employees to perform well while helping the company reach its goals.

Because you can take these programs completely online, it allows you the flexibility to work around your busy schedule.

Our degree programs include several options to provide you with the education to meet your goals.

Earn 20 credits with your current Michigan cosmetology license. Complete your management degree and open or manage a salon.

This degree focuses on the skills needed to manage a business. There is a part-time and full-time track.

If you already have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree and would like to add management skills and knowledge to your résumé, consider this degree path.

This degree is designed to prepare you for a career in the field of marketing.

This program allows you to take three years (90 credits) of instruction at Delta, then transfer to Northwood University to earn your bachelor’s degree.
